Bon Centuri believe’s that a kitchen knife is so much more than just a tool. This is why they create knives of the highest quality with a timeless and elegant expression. Their knives become decorative and functional products that will inspire you in your cooking while also looking great in your kitchen. When you purchase a knife, it comes in a beautiful gift box with ribbon and each knife is individually numbered.

Since our launch in our home country Sweden in 2019, our knives have been sold in 11 countries, on 4 continents, and we are extremely proud of what our customers have said about our products so far. Whether we turn to professional chefs at Michelin restaurants or you as a home cook, we are driven by our firm belief that a kitchen knife is always so much more than just a tool. – Bon Centuri

I was lucky to meet the brand a few years ago at a design fair here in Milano, and have kept in touch with them ever since. When they got in touch and wanted to send me their Oyster White bread knife to review I was very happy to do so as they are nothing like any knives I have ever seen. The bread knife is perfect for using to cut any type of bread or pastries with, its hand-polished rounded handle makes it very comfortable to hold and use. The details of solid brass is perfect in my kitchen as I already have brass handles and faucet, but if this colour or style is not for you they also have other designs such as the new stunning Marble White collection for instance.
