Halloween is fast approaching, and Pinterest has been full of inspiration. I decided to collect all my minimal favourites for you, so you can get a Scandinavian feeling this season.

So, here’s my top 10 minimal Halloween decoration ideas for your home with links:

1 // Decorate your home with these beautiful and simple paint splattered pumpkins; a modern, no-carve option that’s easy to do and looks spooky enough. Find a DIY on how to do these over on Homey Oh My and start!

2 // I just love this simple and easy idea from Sugar & Cloth, creating your own DIY custom glassware decals. Use any glassware you have at hand, but I do think these copper mugs give a great nod to pumpkins.

3 // This creepy black twig wreath DIY by Earnest Home Co is a great way to decorate your door or even your table without going over the top.

4 // I love this quirky BOO banner DIY by the girls over on A Beautiful Mess! You can, of course, make this message banner with any text or imagery, but the simplicity of these three letters are just spot on in my eyes.

5 // Having friends around for a spooky dinner party on Halloween? Why not make this cool DIY bat branch centrepiece to have on the table. Find all the steps over on The Sweetest Occasion and start crafting.

6 // You can’t have too many pumpkins in the house around Halloween, and this DIY fresh flower moon pumpkin by The Merry Thought is such a creative and pretty way to give them a new look. The perfect mix of sweet & spooky!

7 // Why not cut out some bats and put them on the fork as Stylizimo has done here? Simple but so effectful.

8 // If you´re not a fan of the scary theme you can easily do a more elegant and autumnal table, take inspiration from this beautiful and dark table setting by Elisabeth Heier. Go out in nature and find dark leaves to decorate with, or spray paint them black.

9 // If you are having a party, a clear balloon with black tulle wrapped around will create a ghostly but yet chic look. Just look at this one from Poppytalk.

10 // There is no reason why you can’t have cute decor on Halloween, and these DIY cute faced mini pumpkins are just adorable! Find out how to make these yourself over on Homey Oh My.

Will you be decorating for Halloween this year? Let me know if you try any of these minimal ideas.
