Yesterday I went into the hospital to have an ECV (a procedure where doctors try to turn a breech baby so that the head is down). I’m not going to lie, it was painful and a tough experience - but it was a success and I’m so happy!! Now we just have to hope baby boy stays in this position while we wait for him to come.

Happy Friday! What’s your weekend plans? Mine involve sleeping & trying to stay fresh in this heat. After a week of soaring temperatures and sleepless nights I am looking forward to hopefully some storms heading our way and the prospect of better Zzzzz… 🤞🏻

All the baby clothes are washed, organised & ready! Feels so good to have one more thing ticked of the list, and every time I open this drawer it puts a smile on my face 😊 I’m trying to be sensible and take a minimal approach with what I buy since we don’t have that much space and I know they grow so fast. But it’s hard - all baby clothes are just so adorable! Are there any must-haves you think I’m missing for the beginning? 👉🏻 I used the IKEA ‘skubb’ organisers to divide the different sections off in the drawer. They are so handy and the perfect size.

Entering the last month of pregnancy and excited (but also a bit nervous) for what’s to come 🤍 Baby boy is snug in there and still hadn’t turned at the last appointment so I’m patiently waiting for next week to find out if he has… 🤞🏻 Still feeling good with no major pains, although my body feels heavier and my feet are a bit swollen so making sure I get enough rest in between. I read in one of the pregnancy apps that a rule to live by now is ‘why stand when you can sit down, why sit down when you can lie down’… so that’s my current motto! 😄
