If you are travelling to Darlinghurst in Sydney this summer, have a look at this beautiful Scandinavian style Airbnb, a designers dream inside an industrial warehouse. The apartment is close to loads of cafes, restaurants, bars, and parks. It has great connections to the city, beautiful harbour suburbs, and eastern beaches. It seems ideal for easy access to and from the city centre with so many opportunities nearby.
“Sit in the peaceful sunlit lounge of this refurbished industrial studio. Combine the convenience of city living with the privacy offered by this converted warehouse,” says host Olivia.
I love the homely yet cool look with the large windows, the white-painted ceiling along with the Scandinavian inspired pieces of furniture and details. The whole space is light and bright, and the kitchen has everything you might need for either a short break or longer stay.
Doesn’t the bed look so comfy? I think it is such a great idea to divide the dining and sleep area with an open shelf making it a separate space that still is open. The green half-painted wall that goes across all rooms really ties the space together while adding character.
For me, the cozy details, greenery and designer elements such as the large open shower give this place a great atmosphere and it seems like a place any hygge lover would enjoy to stay in. What do you think?
