CAFE INSPIRED BY TRADITIONAL SCANDINAVIAN & FRENCH CUISINE IN EDMONTON, CANADA

Café Linnea serves traditional French and Scandinavian cuisine located in the heart of Westmount, in Edmonton. Stop by for brunch, dinner, high tea, or great cocktails in a lovely Nordic style setting.

With roots in classic French & Scandinavian cuisine, their approach is fresh and modern with a focus on sourcing only the highest-quality local produce, meat and dairy. The menu changes with the seasons, reflecting the community’s rich growing tradition. The space itself has an elegant and cozy atmosphere, with touches of nature throughout with greenery and wood.

How good does this House Gravlax look? Cured salmon on a beet & potato pancake, topped with dill, capers, pickled shallot, crème fraîche, and fresh grated horseradish. Yum!

If you live in Canada and have stopped by the cafe let me know what you think, I would love to hear!
